I started ...Have you ever used heart rate training? I started using it for my long runs and it has made a BIG difference in how I feel when the run is over. It definitely makes you slow down, but that is critical for me because I'm a new runner and I need to become more efficient at that heart zone to build a good base. Slowing down is also the only way that I'm able to even finish these long runs.
